How It Works

  • Gift your employees Ruby Cup period cups or period underwear. When purchasing 20 or more products for your employees, we will offer you a 50% discount on our retail price and free shipping within the UK.

  • We will donate on behalf of your company. We will donate as many cups as you purchase, and 2% of the revenue generated by the underwear to our nursery in Kenya. Read more about our donation program here. If you already support an NGO and you wish to donate to them, we can do that too.

  • Donate cups and period underwear – If you prefer, you can just support one of our partners NGOs, or one of your choice, by donating period products to them.

Case Studies

Ahmad Tea

King's Award for Enterprise in Sustainable Development winner Ahmad Tea has provided Ruby Cup for 2000 employees in Kenya.

Ahmad Tea has funded the distribution of Ruby Cups and the delivery of educational workshops in  Kenyan tea gardens and schools. The cups are given out during a two-hour educational workshop where the women learn about menstrual care, reproductive health, as well as how to use their new cup.

All participants are invited to attend follow-up workshops to ask questions and receive support. After six months, women can become “cup ladies” and share their positive experiences in using the cups within their local communities.

Popcorn

Popcorn is an all-female PR company. In 2025 they joined our CSR program and sent all their employees a reusable period care product and made a donation on their behalf.

This included Ruby Cups and period underwear.
